These Terms govern your use of Gaming$ (the "Platform"), operated by Gaming$ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Contact: [email protected].
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country, if higher). You confirm this when you create your account.
You may not use the Platform from China, or from any country or territory where online games with real-money stakes are prohibited. You are responsible for checking that using the Platform is legal where you are.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
2. The games
Gaming$ offers competitive games in which the result depends predominantly on the players' skill. Matches with real money are always played between people.
The opponent "G$ Master" is an artificial-intelligence opponent available only in free matches, without real money.
Guest mode lets you see the Platform and play free matches against G$ Master only.
The official result of every match is the one recorded by our servers. Connection problems on your side (internet, device, battery) do not cancel a match; a player who stays disconnected for too long may lose by forfeit.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
The Platform works only with USDT on the Solana network, processed by our payment provider NOWPayments. Sending any other coin, or USDT on any other network, results in permanent loss that we cannot recover.
Minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the app before each operation.
Network and gateway costs of deposits are paid by the player. Network costs of withdrawals are paid by Gaming$.
Platform fee: a fee (currently 20%) is charged once, at withdrawal, on match winnings (including the returned stake). Deposited money that was not used to win prizes is withdrawn without this fee. Winnings not withdrawn within 30 days pay the fee automatically. The exact fee is always shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
Withdrawals are sent to the Solana address you provide. Check it carefully: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Large or unusual withdrawals may be reviewed manually before being sent.
Your balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.
4. Tournaments and spectator bets
Tournament rules (entry, schedule, prize) are shown on each tournament page. Unless stated otherwise, only the winner receives the prize.
Spectators may place bets on the outcome of public matches, under the conditions shown in the app at the time of the bet.
5. Fair play
The following are forbidden and lead to suspension, loss of winnings obtained unfairly and, where appropriate, closure of the account:
bots, scripts, game assistants or any software that plays or advises for you;
collusion between players, deliberately losing, or arranging results ("match fixing");
multiple accounts, false identity, or using someone else's account or payment method;
exploiting bugs instead of reporting them; attacking, copying or reverse-engineering the Platform;
insults, threats, hate speech, spam or illegal content in chat, voice or support.
We may ask you to verify your identity or the origin of funds if we suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms, and we may hold funds while we investigate.
6. Chat and voice
The Platform includes text chat, support chat (with photos and videos) and voice during matches. Players can mute voice at any time. Voice is transmitted live and is not recorded by Gaming$. Messages may be moderated automatically and reviewed in case of complaints.
7. Intellectual property
The Gaming$ name, logo, designs, code and content belong to Gaming$. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages and third-party failures (internet, blockchain, payment provider) may happen.
If a match is interrupted by a fault on our side, it is cancelled and stakes are returned.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses caused by your device, your connection, a wrong wallet address or a wrong network.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. Withdraw your balance first. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Important changes will be announced in the app; continuing to use the Platform means you accept them. Questions and complaints: [email protected].

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Gaming$ collects, why, and your rights. Controller: Gaming$, contact [email protected].
1. Data we collect
Account: email address, username, password (stored encrypted, we cannot read it), profile photo, language, and the confirmation that you are 18+.
Activity: matches, moves, results, rankings, achievements, tournaments, bets and statistics.
Money: deposits, withdrawals, balances, the Solana addresses you use, and transaction identifiers.
Communications: chat messages and the photos/videos you send to support. Voice in matches is transmitted live and not recorded.
Technical: IP address, device and browser type, and security logs, used to protect accounts and prevent fraud.
We do not ask for identity documents by default. We may ask for verification only in the cases described in the Terms (fraud, money laundering).
2. Why we use it
to create and run your account and the games (contract);
to process deposits and withdrawals and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation);
to detect cheating, fraud and abuse and to keep the Platform secure (legitimate interest);
to answer support requests and send you important account notices.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who processes it
Our servers (Platform and database), located in the European Union.
NOWPayments: payment processing.
LiveKit: live voice transmission (not recorded).
Cloudflare: encrypted backups and network delivery.
An email provider, for account emails.
These providers only receive what they need for their service. Blockchain transactions are public by nature: anyone can see transfers to and from a Solana address.
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. When you delete your account, your profile is removed; records of financial transactions are kept for as long as the law or fraud prevention requires. Backups are encrypted and deleted automatically after a limited period.
5. Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, access to servers is restricted, and backups are encrypted. No system is 100% secure; protect your password and never share it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can delete your account yourself in the app.
7. Local storage
The app stores small items in your browser (login session, chosen language, display preferences). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Minors
The Platform is for adults only. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
Responsible Gaming
18+ only
Gaming$ is entertainment and competition. Playing for money carries the risk of losing it. Play only with money you can afford to lose.
Keep it healthy
Decide beforehand how much money and time you will spend, and stop when you reach it.
Never chase losses by playing more or raising your stakes.
Do not play when you are upset, tired, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Do not borrow money, or use money meant for bills, food or family, to play.
Take regular breaks. Practise in free matches against G$ Master.
Warning signs
you spend more time or money than you planned;
you hide your playing from family or friends;
you feel anxious or irritable when you are not playing;
playing is affecting your work, studies, money or relationships.
Take a break
If you want a pause, write to [email protected] and we will suspend your account for the period you choose (self-exclusion). During that period the account cannot be reopened.
If gambling is causing you harm, talk to someone you trust or contact a local support service. International help is available at gamblingtherapy.org (free, confidential, in several languages).
Under-18s are not allowed to play. Parents: use parental controls on your children's devices.
